Store Policies


Following three policies are changed. Please be sure to see them to prevent troubles.
--Please Note--
1.Import Duties
To international buyers, Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We cannot ship as "Gift" with lower value on invoice and shipping slip.

2.Combine orders
We do not combine different invoice number orders.
Each order will be proceeded individually by its invoice number and the shipping will be charged per a invoice.
Buyers are required to finalize the payment during the order process.
Non paid inovice number orders are canceled automatically.
Non paid customer account is placed order limit or banned.

3.Return or Exchange or Refund
We do not accept return or exchange or refund to the customers who have ever done it by us (three times or more).
It regardless whether it is our mistake or not. Order limit will be placed at the same time.
If he has claimed over four times or more, we will deny it and ban his account.
Sorry but we cannot offer better service or grading.

HOW TO BUY
It's very simple & easy.

--Buy--
1.click ADD TO CART or BUY NOW button at shopping pages
2.Enter your membership status(member / join member / buy but not join)
3.Enter your information(name, address and payment method)

--Veify your order and payment--
4.Soon after we've recieved your order, we check our inventory and verify your order.
5.If some article are already sold, we let you know whichi items are still available.
6.If your payment methods is Cash Bills or IPMO, please made the payment within 7days.

--Wait the Packet--
7.We check the payment and articles, will ship by Reg.SAL or EMS then will notify you registered number by email.

JOIN THE MEMBER
You can join our membership program in order process. To be honest, we don't decide what service we offer to members at the moment. Maybe it'll be new arrival notification and discount sale during holiday season for members only. Anyway, we are so appreciate if you join us.

SHIPPING, HANDLING & PACKAGING
Shipping Methods
WE SHIP REGISTERED METHODS BY JAPAN POST ONLY.
1.SAL : surface air lifted (registered)
Days = 10-31days or longer.
Insurance = up to 6000yen.
Description = Shipped by small packet or parcel. Some countries are not available SAL.

2.EMS : express mail service
Days = 3-7days
Insurance = same price as invoice on shipping label but is up to 20000yen. In many case, you are charged the duty if it's high price. Up with your request.
Description = Best method. Highly recommended. Much faster and safer than SAL. Traceable on the web. Some countries are not available EMS. In this case, we ship REGISTERED AIRMAIL(small packet or parcel).

3.Other Methods
Some countries are not avialbe SAL or EMS. We ship by other registered method to such places. Will let you know by email soon after your order.
Handling
Our Handling fee(for mailer box & bag plus other some miscellaneous fee) are already included in shipping & article fee.
Packaging
We believe our packing system works very nice. Vinyls are sent to prevent any splits. CD will be shipped with secured mailer bag. Written as "Gift" and "used LP/CD/EP"on the green custom sticker.

RETURN FAQ
Q.How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up?
A.Registered mail comes with small insurance. We will trace the packet and if it is lost, we will try to refund(up to insurance limit).

Q.How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit?
A.First, the buyer have to ask post office. Registered mail comes with small insurance. We shall help to get refund from Japan side. Cannot accept return.

Q.How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return?
A.We don't accept refund/retun.

Q.How will you deal with returns if the seller makes an error?
A.Basically we don't accept retun/refund in any cases. If it is our SERIOUS mistake( for example "different item"), we accept return.
If it is true, we refund only item price. Never rufund shipping cost. Buyer have to show us the evidence first.
"Our mistake" is not included postal troubles.

Non-Payment and Fraud Transaction Policies
Non-paying buyer cannot purchase from our shop again. We are holding bad transaction records(name, address, phone number, IP address, email, credit card number and plus more). Such some informations are shared to other international sellers. Let's have a friendly manner transaction each other.
